I have a guitar pick punch that can make guitar picks out of old gift cards and credit cards. I recently cashed in this Jame Avery gift card, and asked if I could keep it to make guitar picks. It had a butterfly on it, so I tried my best to punch it out with the 4 butterfly wings. I was lucky that it made four!! I made the body out of pearls, and that pink houndstooth paper you have seen all week on my challenge cards, so I made use of one of the remnants and really liked the way this turned out!
I don't always look forward to these recycle challenges but this one worked.

Wow, what a fabulous card you made with your guitar punch! I would never have guessed the butterfly was originally a credit card. I like how you added the white paper with the circles. You did a great job on recycling. Thank you, for joining me for the F4A challenge today.

Good grief.....imagination or what? This is awesome, Liz! I LOVE the way your buttefly turned out....you were obviously very careful about how you used the punch. This is really fun! Faved!

I think last year another stamper used a gift card that was out of this world. actually, I think it was Roberta. Love how that looks on your card, Ms. Liz. It's colorful and has great stability. Very artistic card today. Lots of great colors and embellishments.
