I started by die cutting the three flowers and two butterflies out of a piece of black cardstock. I also used some hole punches and a corner punch that was a group of circles. I put the black shapes and rectangle with cutouts onto a piece of white cardstock that I ink spray smashed with blue and brown markers. When I was done gluing the black shapes, I decided to dry emboss with a circle embossing folder and some thin folders. I stamped the music notes in the corners with black stazon ink. I rubbed gold metallic rub over the embossed areas and made my card into an easel card.

I LOVE this! Such a great use of your dies and punches and really looks like Notan to me. Love the beautiful inked background and the gold rub to highlight the embossing. Beautiful card, MariLynn!
