I used some resist speciality paper for my horizontal strip instead of using the watercolor lifting technique that Stephanie used. My stamps and die cuts are different by similar, as are the colors I used.
Whoops! Just noticed my lower open-cut leaf slipped out of place and looks like it's growing all wonky! Will have to fix that : (

Your colors and design leaped out of the gallery! It's so cheerful, Claudia! I just love how you created the background strip to match the die cut flower! Great take on her card.
