Made for Stampin' Royalty Challenge #336: http://stampinroyalty.blogspot.com/ that required inspiration from three images showing a seashore, bokeh lights, and coral tulips.
And Just Add Ink Challenge #318: http://just-add-ink.blogspot.com/ that required themes or items whose names started with the letter "S".
I managed to use the SR colors (blue, peach, white, tan), and several themes from both challenges including a seashore and the tag "'S' is for Smile".
Working with craft/pigment ink for the bokeh effect required that I pause and use the heat tool to dry the ink between each of the 5 different sized circles in my template so that the wet ink didn't smear (that's why this was my second card, when I didn't know this trick). The bokeh effect covers nearly every single centimeter of this card by the time I had finished 5 layers of circles, but the photo doesn't do it justice to show the subtle bokeh shading.
Be sure to use your heat tool to dry the water coloring base layer before you stamp and applying bokeh circles!

This is gorgeous Donnaks! I love the colours and design of your background peeking through the lovely bokeh layers. It is so perfect for your seashore scene. A labour of love to complete your bokeh elements and so worth the effort! Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink this week, Jan M :-)
