For this week's great Tickle a Teapotter challenge from Jan.
Reading it sure brought back plenty of picnic memories for me - even if we were often bundled up in coats to stay warm!!
The traditional Sealy family picnic was sausage (link sausage) sandwiches, with the sausages cooked on the spot in a big frying-pan on a small Campingaz stove. We had them on thick white bread with plenty of butter. And then the coffee pot (Italian stove-top espresso style) went on for my parents.
I know we had beach picnics after school when we were small, but I don't remember the food from them as much as I do the sausage sandwiches .
Lots of masking on my card - I used the following stamps from Purple Onion Design: Ruby, Honey, Twinkle, Toadstool and Picnic Set. The sky is sponged, the grass is pencil. Twinkle is popped up on foam - and I found the perfect sentiment in an old SU set!!
Sorry if I don't get all the fields filled in properly - we are away from home just now.

Sabrina, I can't decide what I love the most, your photo in the challenge thread, your story above or this terrific card. All 3 are wonderful my friend. I love how you mask everything to create a perfect picture. Any teapotter would love to receive this!!

Please don't take your organs to heaven - heaven knows we need them here.
How cute and creative is this card. Love your memories about the sausage sandwiches. When DH and I go boating or camping we always take link or polish sausage to cook.
