Hello,
This is about as simple as it gets for a mosaic, although putting the pieces in place was a bit difficult and in fact I did not get even spaces (I tried more than once) I can't figure out why but whatever, right?
So this TLC worked nicely with the "wing it" CAS today I think.
Thanks for looking!

It turned out so beautiful, Robin! Love it!!!
The more random trims made, the more space the pieces will take (or the smaller the mat will be for each piece.) That is why with my sample of the four cuts, we can see loads of space. But if you look at my sample card, the spaces are smaller because I trimmed a total of six random trims. Make sense? It's super key to keep everything in order when there are more trims. Four isn't so challenging to keep track of but six made my head spin when I let the pieces get out of order. OY! hehehe

Rob. this is absolutely gorgeous.I love your cololurs and papers and lots and lots of cuts. I love that pretty butterfly too. I also did not get my pieces to fit perfectly. I ended up adding a tiny piece, which is noticeable, if you are looking for it.

Beautiful mix of designer paper, Robin! This is a difficult technique and yours looks beautiful! Love the color you used behind them as well as that gorgeous blue butterfly.
