Although not on paper and 3D, I "worked" the same way I can do on paper. All the shapes are MDF by Paperbabe Stamps. I painted the skin in acrylics first, then stamped the face details using the Female Face Mini Stamp Set. I coloured the face and all the rest of my portrait in acrylics, just added pencil shading on the face at the end, used a pink Neocolor II for the cheeks and a white Posca pen for the dots and highlights. I applied Glamour Dust on all the stars for a bit of sparkle.
