I made this for the sketch challenge this week. The little boy was cut from h20 cricut cart. I colored him in with colored pencils. I used stickles on the "water" to give it a sparkly sunlit look. I applied liquid applique to the edge of the water for the seafoam. I added sequins to it before I heated it. I just hand wrote the sentiment. I stamped with creamy caramel using itty bitty backgrounds. Last I added the starfish gem.

This is darling and so creative Geni! The separation between the water and the sand is perfect for this sketch! I love the starfish and the boy's goggles. CUTE!!
Great card! Have you ever read the children's book Earl's Too Cool for Me? It was one of my son's favorite books when he was young. That boy looks like one of the boys from that story. Brings back fond memories :-)
