For my VSN Challenge we are going to Swim for the Gold. So, we are to use a water technique on our card and don't forget the gold! Ever since I discovered Heather's tutorial for Vintage Watercolor, I have loved doing it! It really is easy, once you do it a couple of times!! And I love the look. I stamped with Tim Holtz Distress Ink and then used watercolor pencils and painted with an aqua brush. I masked the whole thing when it was dry and stamped with a background stamp. After that I dripped or flicked splotches of water off the watercolor pencil. Then sprayed whole thing with MS Gold Ink. Of course I put the gold cord on! Come play the VSN Challenges with us. Thank you for looking!

This is a great technique..I love the look of it. Note to self...need to try vintage watercoloring. Your card is so pretty...love that script in the bg and the sweet Mason jar with the flowers. Cool card.
