Carla challenged us to use items we would normally discard to create with today. I used the mesh bag that held my avocados to fashion a trellis and I literally picked my popsicle stick out of the garbage, twice!! DH discarded if off the counter after I had washed it and left it to dry)!! Thanks so much for getting us thinking how to turn trash to treasure, Carla.

This is awesome. At first, I could not pick out the "trash" among all the treasures. The mesh bag trellis looks great. I like how you arranged the foliage upward so it gives the imagery of growing up the trellis. The background embossing is wonderful. I like the Popsicle stick sentiment sign. Great card. Amazing texture. TFS

Michelle, this is stunning, classy, Trash to Treasure! The vines and hearts are so pretty on the trellis and I love your popsicle stick sign. I'll have to try that one. Marvelous recycling, thanks for playing in my challenge.

LOL at having to rescue the stick twice. Your trellis looks so beautiful. Last time I had a green mesh back instead of the usual orange, I kept it for quite a while and then decided I would never get round to using it. I love this, with the green foliage on the trellis and the little pink hearts: favourited.

I like to save those net bags that avocados and the like come in!! I have used then in underwater scenes...even partially melting them sometimes to make them look like seaweed.
I love how you used it in your bg as a trellis type thing!!
