I colored the broad stripes of color across my paper and then sprayed it with water. After it had dried, I heat embossed the stars all over the background with clear powder then "lifted" the watercolor of the background with more moisture. I don't think the SU markers were the best for this technique but it was still fun to do and I want to try it again.

Catherine, what a great card you've brought to the gallery this evening. It's amazing how the Embossing looks so different depending on the ink behind it. I think this isreally artistic. You did a great job with this my California friend.
