I love to water color...I just can't sit still long enough to let it dry naturally, so I usually have a stash of w/c backgrounds..I make another while the first one is drying. Or else I use the heat gun. This is a w/c bg from my stash. After it was water colored, I splattered a little white acrylic paint on it.
I stamped the Proverb on the side & added some sea grass at the bottom. It was cut down to card size & I added a simple black frame on top.
Thanks so much for looking. Closeups & the inside are HERE.

This is so very beautiful. This fabulous scene just makes me want to go to the ocean. I like how you splattered the white paint. Thanks for joining me in the F4A challenge today.

(Use a hairdryer to speed up the drying process and/or to stop the action of moving paint that you particularly like)...do it all the time. Lovely beach scene with a sunrise/sunset sky.
