Awwww I LOVE todays color challenge, and so happy to be playing along. Last week I really didn't get to play in many of the challenges, as it was a very sad week. We had to put down are kitty Boomer who was 16 years old, and that was hard to do. Not to mention I am dealing with our chow chow who had to have her eyes tacked, and will be having a major eye surgery in the next couple of months :( oh my.
Ok enough of me rambling. for my card I did stamp up I Brake For Stamps sweet Beautiful Poppies stamp and colored it wih copics. LOVE this stamp, as its absolutely gorgeous, not to mention its easy tocolor up! Next I cut it out using the oval spellbinders dies, and scalloped die.
I love this DCWV La Crème design paper, its one I bought at the 1.00 sale years back! Yep $1.00....heheheheh
Ribbon I used is Really Reasonable Ribbons Satin! LOVE this stuff!!!
Thank you for todays challenge!!
hugs
Cheryl

I thought of Poppies today, but went in another direction. That is, indeed, a beautiful image. Beautiful sewing and I love the center of your gorgeous bow.

Your poppies are beautiful!! I love how you've used the black and sewed on the vanilla. Such a pretty button to include the gold. I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your kitty. I'm sorry that your beautiful dog is having health problems too. It is so wonderful to have our dear pets, but very heart breaking when something happens to them. My heart goes out to you.
