My text may be hard to see - but it's there. I got up early before work this morning and gessoed part of a dictionary page, then stamped the shell on it. It has one layer of clear EP, then I brushed it with dampened Perfect Pearls and added another coat of EP.
The faux sea glass piece has been lying round for I don't know how long - could be ten years?? I was glad I could find it, it was on a bookcase downstairs.
For the base, I stamped the bubble background in Brushed Corduroy and embossed with clear EP. I sponged round the edge with Versamark and embossed with distress EP, and I should have flicked blue paint over it before I did this instead of after.
My main piece is Tyvek painted with a pearlescent acrylic medium, brushed over with Perfect Pearls and spritzed with Brusho acrylic mist. This morning I did some random stitching in blue and cream, and heated it with the iron till it shrank and bubbled. I added a wave border cut from a pretty bland piece of paper done with the Citra-solv technique, and finished it off by adding some Dew Drops.

WOW!! I can't even begin to start... WOW! I love all the details in your card. That tyvek looks amazing. Love the colors and textures on this card. I thought of you yesterday when I was working on my card. Years ago you gave me some stamps that I know would be perfect for this challenge. But after tearing my craft room apart looking for them. I simply couldn't find them. That either means I need to clean up, or I have too many stamps or I was supposed to use the stamp that I did yesterday. Or maybe it means all three. I hope you have a blessed day today my friend!

SO many wonderful details on this card...wow....love the stitching and the "bland" paper that you used the citr-solv on...very cool! I also LOVE the tiny birds in the corner and the bubble bg. And you finished it off with a wonderful embossed frame (once again you are my frame hero).

Tried to visualize all the detailed work in this fabulous card - i sure would have liked to be a fly on the wall watching this one come together, Sabrina!! I have never even heard of citr-solv - the rainbow-y look, the sea glass the bubbles, both the embossed ones and those created in the coloring of your card PLUS the stitching!! make this one a real TREASURE!! Just AMAZING!!

Wow! Sabrina, like so many others have said, This is so detailed and creative. I don't know where to start. But now I have about 3 more techniques to go watch videos on and then maybe give them a try! You are so good at making me explore and get out of my stamping only ruts! Beautiful - gorgeous card!
