Often times welcome cards are for babies, but I like to use them when someone new moves into my neighborhood, or in this case, when someone new moved into my congregation at church. The details of how I created this card can be found at: http://karenjoycreations.com/a-warm-welcome/

This is wonderful! I read on your blog that you had trouble stamping the outline first, but I found that's the only way I can line them up correctly. If I stamped the solid image I couldn't see through the next layers. Its funny how each of us does things differently! I love the colors you layered for your peony. This is one of my favorite new sets!
