For better resolution, I scanned this before I put on his red mini pompom nose. I grabbed the first double sided paper on my desk, got the collar folds a bit crooked and thought clown. Kind of made it look like an envelope with the white BG so stuffed it with tickets. Mounted it all on thick blue poster board and attached an easel back to it for a stand alone display piece. Thanks to Tessaduck for the gift of the Wobble placed behind the clown so he shakes as he's laughing!

Love your description of the thought processes, I like it when a card has a mind of its own and just brings you along. The clown must be super with his pompom nose added, and wobbling as he chuckles. I liked the sentiment, it made me stop and think. What a fun summery feel this has.
My favorite dress-up as a child was a clown costume with a collar like this one.
