Started off coloring the moon area yellow then masked it with a circle. Then used three blues to create the sky and added black around the edges and finished off the moon with more mustard in the center. Stamped the image and colored her with copics. Finished off the steam and the fire with some gel pen. Added stickles to the brew and the fire. Tied ribbon on the black CS to mirror the purple ribbon on her dress. Finished off with the cat from my friend Jan (Precious Kitty) and added a green gem for the cat's eye.
I have a cousin that would love this card so I stamped the happy from a Halloween set and the birthday from a birthday set.
Thank you for looking!

Great theme to incorporate both the owl and cat, Lisa...and to have the perfect recipient lined up for it I'd the icing on the cake. I love the sparkle in the cauldron and the emerald-eyed cat.

I once saw a tutorial on pinterest of how to colour a scene in the dark, but sadly, I did not pin it, and have not been able to find it again. The colouring of your image's face reminds me of the tutorial and gives the perfect look for your night time scene, Lisa.
