Audrie has us looking for inspiration on her one-layer-card board, and I had to make another one! This time my inspiration was the general layout and technique of this fabulous card by Heather: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...dc52aae9d7.jpg
Masked off a section of the card, sponged the open space with lots of distress inks (see below), removed mask and then colored the stamp with markers and stamped portions of the stamp in several places. Put the mask back on before splattering with diluted inks of the same colors. Love this technique!

Your autumnal colors are wonderful against the white, Maura. Stunning flowers and although they're not terribly far away from each other on the color wheel, they stand out beautifully.
