Now, the artistic Birgit has actual watercolor skills that I, ahem, do not, but the design was too good not to adapt to my crisper, simpler style. I inked an acrylic block in Summer Sun ink, spritzed it heavily with Glimmer Mist, and stamped it in the center of my card to create the central ground Birgit used. Then, repeating the same technique on the PTI Through the Leaves leafy branch (only with less spritzing because the stamp turns out a mess) in Cherry Cobbler. The sentiment is stamped in Memento Luxe rich cocoa.
So Birgit's soft, artistic, natural, gorgeous inspiration became my stylized, crisp, colorful card. Couldn't have done mine without hers!
Many thanks to Birgit and to Audrie for this fun challenge!

Love your take on Birgit's lovely card (aren't they all!). Great colors.
