I really wanted her dress to be white but am really bad at trying to color a white dress so I paper pieced. I colored the rest of Marci with copics, cut her out and popped her up with foam tape. All of the layering was done with perfect layer rulers. Added half pearls for earrings, on her dress and on outside panels. Finished off with ribbon and a cross charm. This is for a little girl who sits next to us in church and will be making her First Communion.

This is so adorable, Dianne. I know what you mean about coloring white. I can't do that either. Love all the layers and die cut. She's beautiful but what's even more beautiful is its meant for the little girl who sits beside you in church. How sweet and thoughtful of you. Hope you are well and enjoying retirement.
