The background is watercolored using re-inkers (but I can't remember which colors!) It took a couple of tries because I wanted it to be loose but have an "horizon line" for the sky. So it was necessary to do a few and pick the one of the correct size. (Now I have a few extras for future projects.
I die cut the stitched lines and fussy cut next to them, then adhered that panel to the card base.
The succulents and cat are colored in Copics and die cut. I used a multi-liner to add a few spots to the tuxedo kitty so he looked more like the recipient's beloved cat.
I heat embossed the sentiment on the black card stock, made a banner and used dimensional dots to pop it off the card. Last, I added sequins.
TFL!

Very cool card with an amazing background. I don't know how you were able to make the watercolor in the background flow so perfectly in relation to diecut images. And in only 2 tries? Yikes, you are good!!! Very impressive. TFS!
