Friday evening I started looking at the past week's challenges & had a few ideas but I was tired & went onto bed. Saturday morning I woke up with a decided design. (I just love that our marvelous brain's solves "problems" while we sleep).
The card came together quickly Saturday morning but it was missing something. So I went about my day & added the twine as that something last evening.
So here you have it, finally!
IC152- Strappy Clara dress- http://www.temperleylondon.com/shop/...pistachio.html
My background mimics the bottom border of the dress w/ Bermuda, pear pizzazz, and Bermuda inks using the smaking acetate technique (TLC577). It didn't turn out too blended but it was fun to try.
The card also fits the SC589, WT580 to use a tree & F4A322 Mother Earth.
I don't usually set out to incorporate so many challenges but when it works- hey, it's all good.
Hope you like it!

This is just beautiful, Marilyn. Love that smacking acetate technique. So many challenges covered to many beautiful elements to your card. I actually loved that fabric when I saw it. You took it and ran a marathon with it in your beautiful card.

Love how this pretty card is representing so many challenges. I am always amazed when someone manages to do that with more than 2 challenges. You did it!!

I agree with you about our brains working overtime while we sleep....that is when I get my best ideas. It sure worked for you, this card is lovely. The die cut frame looks terrific and the twine us the perfect finishing touch.
