The background is a stencil which had black brusho sprinkle over it and spritzed, I took the stencil and flipped it over onto mixed media paper blotted off the excess water and was left with a very soft outline of the Tim Holtz clock. The black brusho is made up of lots of different colours which separate when spritzed, I love the look.
I took some copper given to me by Loll and die cut the hands out of the Ranger clock face die.
I'm entering this into this months CAS Mix up challenge stamping, stenciling and my choice the copper hands of the clock. I hope you like it http://casmixup.blogspot.ca/

Christine, you are one of the most innovative stampers out there. Love the results of this technique. Being new to Brusho I will have to try this! The copper hands- the perfect accent to this fabulous card.

What a delightful card, Christine!! I love the clock images and those copper hands! I didn't know about the black brusho being made with different colors. Thanks for sharing that, as I've stayed away from using the black!!!

LOVE this stencil with the stencil monoprint technique, Christine. And black brushos is one of my favourites. I have a very similar card front that I hope to be making into a card soon.
LOVE the addition of the copper clock hands. Such a great pairing with your clock stencil. Thanks so much for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up, my friend!! xx

So unbelievably gorgeous Christine Alexander. I didn't know that about black brusho. Wow, you're right, the end result is so neat. Very cool. Hope you win, Christine.
