See the challenge write-up for details: TLC582 Paper Casting
I stamped the same flower stamp that I had used for the paper casting in brown on the kraft layer, embossed it, swiped over the embossing with Pumice Stone and distressed the edges. I secured my flower with a brad and added a twine bow and sentiment tag before attaching it to a cream base.

Super cute card Sabrina! I love the effect. I have seen this a few times and wanted to try it...I hope I still might try it but not until after I get moved...hopefully soon. Beautifully done on the technique on your darling card.

Lovely paper casting. It's been a while since I've played with this technique. I hope I find time to play in this challenge. Great card, I like the use of twine. Cute country look.

This is really pretty. I like how your flower looks.I did give your challenge a try, but not sure I like the result. Thanks for bringing a new technique to try.
I might have to give it another try to see if I can make something I like.
I love the way you created your background for your paper cast flower! I liked it so much that I was searching for something similar but I didn't read that you had created it until now! I had so much fun playing today! It's been awhile since I had so much fun in my craft room. I usually just create one card at a time (it's the way my brain works) but since our piece had to dry there was plenty of time to switch gears. Thanks so much for the fun challenge and the gorgeous piece of art you created to inspire us!!!
