I wanted to make a card with an inlaid die-cut. I cut this butterfly with my silhouette cameo. Watercoloured a piece with green, blue and orange to go behind the butterfly aperture and then placed the die-cut back over top. I only glued the butterfly body to my card, so that the wings could be pulled forward to add some dimension.

I love black cards, Loll, so you stole my heart at first glance. I saw this on your blog. I do follow your blog, I just can't leave comments because I don't have any of the requirements signins you've set up. Just beautiful and stunning.
