This is my card for SC587. Sometimes cards are designed with my head and sometimes with my heart, but this time it was fingers alone (and look what popped up) as the rest of me was totally involved in the American Idol Grand Finale. I was thrilled that Trent gave glory to God for his voice and talent.
I had picked out and cut some things to use for a card when I sat down to watch TV.
So ...I cut two strips of vintage music, inked the edges and glued them on tan cardstock over the top of the music. I had the 2nd cityscape already cut and decided to use it, first inking the edges. Done. No. the corner on the bottom looked too bare and I then realized I had forgotten the short banner, so used a floret of adhesive that was in the stack on the couch next to me and made a tree. I swear the fingers did it. I do like it.

Love, love, love this, Carol! You have used that cityscape so beautifully that it is on my wish list! Love the layers and the use of sheet music in your background!
