Today we are making cards for stampin'nana's(Roberta) aunt. Her Aunt Dot fell and broke her humerous in the nursing home. I sure hope she mends without any more than the expected difficulties.
Aunt Dot like chocolates. My chocolates are only the ink and Chocolate Chip cardstock. She likes red and yellow so I have that. She is a woman of faith so I added those encouraging words.
I stamped, colored, and embossed, then scored across the card every 1/2". I filled in the scored lines with distressed ink. It isn't what I call a clean card but I like it just the same and hope Aunt Dot will.

I really like what you achieved with your score lines, Brenda! It makes your card look distressed and yet gives it a warm feeling at the same time! Good for you to get in her fav colors...Love those cute bees on your pretty flower! She will certainly appreciate your card~ Hugs

Hopefully, by now, Brenda you know I love your work. I could never case one of your cards but I can certainly appreciate them in my favorites gallery. I don't know you did what you did, but let me assure it's spectacular.
