Today's challenge is to use only two colors. The black and white doesn't give the hollyhocks the pop off the page zing I thought it would, as they do in vibrant colors.
the Addington die across the side is full length, Thought I would see how a partial cut would look across the bottom.. yup.. like it. One layer of hollyhocks is popped up and a few single flowers are popped up on the other one.. the sentiment has a black layer slightly off set for a shadow.
This cute Katzelkraft cat is colored with a black prisma pencil blended with gamsol to soften the edges for better shading.
The cat and hello are also popped up.

This is SO cool. I love your mix of flowers and grid, and that cat is fabulous!

Innocent looking cat - what has she been up to in the garden. Great use of the hollyhock die. I also like use of black and white with a touch of tabby cat grey.

Wonderfully dramatic in black and white, Judy. Sorry you're not as pleased with your flowers as I am. There is, in my mind. no 2 colors that are as dramatic and stunning as B&W. Stunning card.
