This is for IC538 and Lydia provided us with the wonderful Kathleen McElwaine's Art Gallery of watercolor animals and scenes. Lydia, thanks for introducing us to this site. I love Kathleen's paintings. I did take a shot at doing some watercolor scenes with some bunnies but everything went into the trash. Ugh! I think I have lost whatever skill I used to have with watercolor, brushes and inks. Anyway....I was inspired by Kathleen's Bunny Rabbit or Hare?. I decided to do one last Easter bunny scene with a fun bunny in the open window with his stash of eggs and a couple more bunnies in the grass still on the egg hunt. I love double framing my projects and thought the delicate scalloped borders would be pretty with the white open window, pastel eggs and background paper. I couldn't resist adding tiny little flowers to the bunny necks for an added spring touch.
