Using PTI's pre-printed watercolor paper, I used reinkers and an aqua brush to color the flowers. Then they were cut out and with the frame popped up with foam tape. The bg was done using a technique presented on PTI's Make-it-Monday technique by Danielle Flanders.

Ahh, Spring was never better represented than you have done here, Sallie - the softly colored peonies look lovely against that quilt-look BG and I love the way the extend out of your frame ever so slightly! The buttons give this card such a wonderful accent!! HUGS - Welcome home!!

I love your beautiful, soft background, and how fun for me that you made this with the Peony bundle from PTI ~ my friend gave me the stamps, dies and pre-printed paper for my birthday!
