I saw this technique where you stamped the same image in the same place multiple times wiping some of the ink off before stamping each time ( I changed colors each time) then embossing it with clear powder. You were supposed to use it as a resist and go over the whole thing with a solid color but once I got to this stage I decided to leave it white. I did, however, go over the edges of the Orange paper with Versamark and clear powder so the edges that show are also shiny. It gives it a great look.

Great. I spend a great deal of time looking for new techniques and trying them out. So far I have had a pretty good success rate. Now and then I have to give a card a toss but in general I end up using them or adding them to my stack of cards. (My husband says we are going to have to buy a storage unit to keep them in if I don't start giving them away...but they are my babies, each and every one of them. Hard to part with.
------------------------------ How did I get along before I found this wonderful addiction?
I have made hundreds of cards and so many people say it has brought joy to their lives which, in turn, brings joy to my life. Almost everyone I give them to says that they always save me, which I consider a huge compliment.
