I made this card for the,CAS368,Spring Critters, challenge. In the spring, all kinds of critters can be seen. When the pavement is dry, and the sun is shinning, the time is right for these critters, to make an appearance. They can be seen in shows, on driveways, or cruising on a main street, after all, they have been locked up in old dark garages for the whole winter. I cut my panel of craft cs to size, then I layered my wood dp onto the craft. Now, I colored this stunning critter, with water color pencil- yellow, and water color pencil- straw. I colored the metal parts, with a silver gel pen, and I used a grey pencil, to highlight the windows. Now, I cut a panel of craft cs, shaded it with a grey pencil. Lastly, I popped the critter onto the shaded small panel. To complete my card, I stamped the happy Birthday. I got a little crazy with this challenge, but I had fun. Hope you don't mind. thanks for the fun challenge, and thanks for looking.

I like your intrepretation of "old critters"....yes, this yellow truck has probably been locked away for the winter and is making its reappearance. I like how you put the critter on a wood bg...great guy card!
Since DH restores classic cars and we have several of these critters, I can so relate to this card. Love the truck and you did an awesome job on the coloring and the background.
