When I saw that the teapotters were sending "feel better" wishes to one of my favorite people, I just had to find the time to make a card. SCS is made up of amazingly talented, kind people...so to stand out in this crowd is hard to do. Cheryl is soooo talented, and always has sweet comments to leave on everyone's cards. In honor of the sewing theme, one of these little ladies is sewing, and I finally made a card with stitching on it. I love this week's colors, and the SC worked well with this image. For this week's WT challenge to include pets on your card, I have this fat sleeping kittie. Since one of the ladies is reading, I added this to the F4A gallery. I LOVE TO READ. Historical fiction is my favorite. "Fall of Giants" by Ken Follett is a terrific book. Once i posted the photo i noticed the typo in the sentiment and i redid it, i am just too lazy to take another photo. TFL, Francie

Franicie I'm "sew" impressed that you actually sewed on this card and that you fit "sew" many challenges into this...ha! Cheryl will love getting this adorable card! I like historical fiction, too so I will check out that book by Ken Follett (a giant in his own right).

Francie, this is awesome, and I know Cheryl's going to love it! What a wonderful image - I love that cat - and the colors are wonderful. Your stitching is fabulous, and it's amazing how many challenges you hit with just one card. I agree with your opinion on the book, too

Such a sweet image, Francie, and a wonderful one for combining the reading, pets and sewing! I have a whole range of embroidery hoops in different sizes. Well done on your sewing, which looks super and the little matching twine bow is darling. The sentiment is just perfect, too.
