I saw this technique in a FB post and wanted to give it a try. First you score the base at regular intervals, and then you gently swipe various Distress ink pads directly on the paper. There was something about liquid glue in the tutorial to add more variations, but I found I was able to do that directly with the ink pad.
The theme over at Casology this week is "Distress." ANd Tracey's card taught us that "white space" doesn't always have to be white. I kept it fairly simple with just the floral arrangement for the focal point, so I think it counts for CAS. Why can I never say that with confidence?
Work It Wednesday at SSS this month is a "floral" challenge and the regular SSS Wednesday Challenge is "anything goes." Entering into both of those, as well.
