Hello all, Ummm, Yankee Doodle Dandy?? I made one last night with different colors and on white...did not like it so started over this morning! I still don't like it, it is NOT what I had envisioned!! Well, Pooh! I maybe should have put some long leggs on him?
Anyway, I thought about putting him in the mix too because he has an adorable face...don't cha think? heehee!
The stars were pasted through a stencil but the color bled through somewhat. The balloons are double popped and the bird, flag and hat are single popped. I glued little red floss to each balloon and the flag is stuck under his arm via craft knife!! Yes he needed surgery, he is very tight winged!
I've had all these stamps except the birds for so long that I forgot I had them!!! Ha!
I also used the sentiment above because it has a heart for the F4A today!
Thanks for looking!!

Yes, Robin, that face is adorable. So sorry he had to have surgery. Seriously, this is such a cute card. Love your patriotic bird and those cute balloons. Stars and stripes...what can be better? Love it!

Oh no, Robin!! You stuck the poor bird with a knife!! Shame on you!! Did you hit him in the head too, as he's seeing beautiful stars all over? Well, I'm sure he'll forgive you as you gave him a beautiful flag to carry and an adorable Uncle Sam's hat to wear. LOL Seriously, Robin, he is sooooo cute and I love your design!!

Your card is fun and festive, Robin. Love the Crazy Bird in his Uncle Sam outfit and toting the patriotic balloons. I like how the stars aren't "white-white".....keeps the focus on the bird.

VERY patriotic crazy bird - a real Yankee Doodle Dandy with all the red, white and blue - balloons, stars and of course, a hat just like Uncle Sam's. Like how you tucked the flag in under his wing too! And your star studded BG is sure the perfect setting!!

We need to have a long talk young lady. EVERYTHING about your Yanky Doodle Dandy crazy bird is fabulous, I can't imagine what you had in mind that could top this fine looking chap mate. Love it to bits.
