The bold colors of the CC570 challenge made for an interesting outcome. All 3 colors are favorites of mine: mossy meadow, hello honey and cherry cobbler.
My process: Using the Circle Card Thinlit, I cut a card out of cherry cobbler. Then added the mossy meadow cardstock to one side of the card and cherry cobbler dsp to the other.
Construction of the rose was the most tricky. I cut the rose out with the big shot and layed them all on an adhesive sheet. (I won't be doing that again!) The adhesive while it stuck well to the pieces did not allow for easy pick up. I will continue to use the inside portions of the rose with the liquid glue. I did sponge each petal with cherry cobbler. Loved the look. The backside of the flipped circle is where I added my sentiment.
Thanks for looking. Susie
