This is my sample for CC570. Peggy is our hostess and she chose cherry cobbler, mossy meadow and hello honey for her color trio. Dessert option is to use glitter. I was so excited that my card fell into place this week that I totally forgot about dessert.
Love this color combo and I thought flowers when I was planning my card. I looked through my Stampin'-Up designer paper collections and found the "Farmer's Market" and "English Garden" collections with this week's colors. Score!!!
The pot of flowers is cut with dies from MFT. I added the "sending" word cut in cherry cobbler. This is a die from Simon Says Stamp. The sentiment is from Verve. It was a gift for an order I placed.
On the embossed panel, I used the Stampin'-Up "boho chic" folder. Completed my card by adding some very vanilla grosgrain ribbon and then some hello honey thick bakers twine.
This card is going off to my BFF who is battling breast cancer. She just completed her 3rd chemo treatment and this one was a bit rough. Pray for her!
Hope you find time to play along this week. The DT has some great cards to jump start your inspiration. You may be our next fave of the week or even our next guest designer. But, you have to play to win!!!

Mary, you outdid yourself with this wonderful card! The little die-cut flowers are darling, the selection and placement of papers is perfection, and I love the combo of a die-cut and stamped sentiment! Love this!

Mary, this is sure to cheer up your BFF, it is so cheerful and pretty! Love the gingham in the background, the embossed panel and that it's offset from the one on top. The die cut flowers and pot are adorable. So sweet!

Oh, Mary! Isn't this just the cheeriest little country smile put to paper I can almost see the quilts flapping on the line in the sunshine! Love the arrangement of the sentiment over your cheery pot of flowers.
