When I saw the challenge using Washi or other tapes, I thought of all the beautiful tapes I had seen and almost bought. Hmmmm.....wish I had. But, I did have some Washi in my craft room and got my card made.
I placed my Washi tape on the diagonal of my cardstock, turned it over and trimmed off the edges. I colored a tag to match the gem in my flower and stamped a partial sentiment from MFP. Very easy way to make a card.

I love this card and the washi tape on the diagonal is perfect. I'd have trouble keeping it all straight trying to do that. I love the burlap flower too. What a beautiful way to answer this challenge.

Oh, Brenda, this is gorgeous, and I too have seen lots of great washi tape and not bought it! I have two rolls that I really don't know much (not sure where or how I got it!). But you've used what you have to make a beautiful card, and I agree with Sabrina that the vintage flower really fits your card perfectly! I love it! Hugs, sweet friend!
