When I saw the challenge using Washi or other tapes, I thought of all the beautiful tapes I had seen and almost bought. Hmmmm.....wish I had. But, I did have some Washi in my craft room and got my card made.
I placed my Washi tape on the diagonal of my cardstock, turned it over and trimmed off the edges. I colored a tag to match the gem in my flower and stamped a partial sentiment from MFP. Very easy way to make a card.

Eek, I think I need to go and reword the challenge somehow! It could be any tape, it doesn't have to be washi, and I linked to a couple of tutorials using masking tape in various ways, and metal foil tape. But everyone seems to have even a little washi tape stashed away and there is some gorgeous stuff out there. Your butterfly tape adds a wonderful vintage feel to suit that gorgeous flower.
