Wow! This is fabulous, Sallie. I'll have to look into this technique. I love the shades of color and the splattered application of the colors as well. Totally gorgeous.

MY wonderful bg for this real looking fluffy feather. Love how you did it in the white instead, so so neat...and of course very pretty...TFS..:0)
