I filled the box with Darjeeling Tea and Chinese 5 Spice blend. The 5 spice blend is easy to make if you just grind together (use those little mortar grinding bowls):
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Cloves, ground
1 tsp Fennel seed, toasted and ground
1 tsp Star anise, ground
1 tsp Szechuan peppercorns, toasted and ground

Once you get started, there's no stopping you, Audrie. This is simply awesome. I love the tea recipe and the mortar suggestion, too. This makes for a charming gift for any occasion. People who work with you must love what you do ... you are such a giving and warm woman. Wanna come to work for me?
