I made these cards using my new Cornish Heritage Farms Weathered and Weave background stamps and the Ranger Distress Ink in Vintage Photo. The Snoopy on the right looks a little softer than the one on the left because I wiped the image with a cloth as soon as I stamped it.
The large background sheet is the Weave backgrounder; on the left I stamped it on a textured cardstock, whereas on the right it was smooth CS. I edged the remaining layers with the Vintage Photo ink for definition, and the Snoopies themselves are stamped over top of Weathered background after I stamped it off, if that makes any sense. To say another way, I inked up Weathered and stamped a first impression on another piece of CS, then stamped onto the CS that I later stamped Snoopy on.
Thanks for looking!

super cards. You've talked me into weathered and weave. Thanks for your "technique" instructions, its been helpful to see how the backgrounds are stamping on different papers for a different look.
