Colouring Books for adults have become all the rage so it didn't take me long to join the 'Crayon Crowd'! (Bound to happen sooner or later) LOL! I absolutely love colouring and find it quite relaxing so when my friend Tea Bag gave me a colouring book for Christmas I got hooked. Unfortunately all the designs in the book were much too large for an A2 card so I relented and used a very old 'never seen ink' background stamp from The Stamp Barn/Frogs Whiskers. It seems to have worked out well but..oh my...that's a lot of green!

Gorgeous card..you did fantastic job on the coloring...your shading is perfect! This definitely looks like a portion of one of those coloring books..I know what you mean about the designs being huge in those. This is so pretty...could be used for many occasions.

WOW WOW This is definitely the "beauty" of the gallery today, Sue. Your shading is just exquisitely done. I studied your card for minutes....it's spellbinding and so Art Nouveau....which I love.

I find myself wanting to colour this image as well - its just so enticing. I too love to sit and colour - find it so relaxing and destressing. So far I have resisted the urge to stop and look at all the colouring books in the stores - but I think those days are coming to an end. You have done a wonderful job with this and made a very special card.
