For the Inspiration Challenge today Audrie sent us to a wonderful place called Uncommon Goods. So much to see, and then I saw this Cribbage Board. I remember my Dad played cribbage when I was younger and as I wanted to make a thank you card for a male friend, I picked the board as my inspiration. http://www.uncommongoods.com/product...cribbage-board
Karen Dunbrook also did a tutorial on her blog for her Woodgrain Finish, and I thought I would try that for this card. It helps if you don't drop the ink pad! Karen's tutorial can be found at http://snippets-karen.blogspot.ca/20...-tutorial.html
Thanks for looking ...

Wonder wood bg for your pretty fern die cuts, Kia. I think the dropped ink pad gives the wood a distressed look....like shabby chic. A very striking card.
