The color challenge was to use melon mambo, pretty in pink (substituted for the blushing bride), pumpkin pie and a favorite green (mint macaron). These colors lend themselves so well to a resist panel, then I sponged some mint macaron inside the Z fold. I loved doing the Z fold and using that heart, where I rock&rolled pumpkin pie and melon mambo. The layout was inspired by SCCSC46 on Stampin'Connection.
I love this for a valentine card, because what's better than a "kindred spirit" at Valentine's Day? The SUOnly challenge was to create a valentine. The colors are just right for this celebration and it's pretty girly and frilly. I honestly believe that Valentine's Day and Fancy fold cards go together like chocolate and strawberries - yum! I digress (she giggles). Your card is a wonderful Valentine's Day treat. Bringing with it lots of sweet treats (resist technique, fancy fold, and challenge colors that sound like they could be eaten!) Now that's a card! Thank you for playing in this weeks Color Challenge.

What a gorgeous card and beautiful way to use these terrific colours. Everything about this is great Susie. Love the sentiment too - it always reminds me of Anne of Green Gables.
