Precious Kitty, the center cut is very simple to do. I used the Simon Says Ring Wreath die on silver deco sheets. I then took the "insides" of the circles and colored them with various Copic Markers, i used glitter washi tape on a few as well. When all the circles are colored, just put it back together :-) I hope that helps, unless you were talking about how i did the sentiment ;-)

Way cool! Fantastic use of the sketch and I really like your colors and that circle of circles die! Then the treatment of the fold edge of the card really kicks it over the top!
