I realize that the Inspiration Challenge site this week is called Winter White, but I didn't necessarily want my card to be a winter card. Living in Florida, I'm not particularly fond of cold, winter weather. So, while I chose this wintery, snowy photo as my inspiration, I could use my card any time of the year.

You colored your male cardinal so realistically and beautifully, Lois. I like when "serious" bird stamps are colored like the birds are in nature. He makes a lovely statement against the dark green pine. Pretty bg embossing with the snowflake design too.
