I bought a set of Sizzix dies before Christmas that caught my eye -- Scribbles and Splat -- because it looked like fun. I've been waiting for a chance to use one of them. Today is the day! The Inspiration Challenge site for this week is an Etsy store called The Wildlands, which is full of watercolor and graphic art. I chose this Tropical Fish Watercolor as my inspiration. Watercolor is not my forte, but I did put some water in my card, along with some coral and fish. AND the scribbles!!! This card is also for the Our Daily Bread Designs Anything Goes Challenge. BTW, that seashell was not originally in my plan for this card. It's covering up a smudge. But it works!

Beautiful colouring of your undersea scene! I think you have captured the essence of your inspiration wonderfully! I love the background school of fish and your scribbly die cuts look like moving water. Great card!

It's funny, Lois, that the shell overlapping was not in your plan - I thought it was a brilliant idea and then you go and tattle on yourself. Well, it's a brilliant cover up. The scribble die cut is perfect for the back drop and your fishes DP is super. Beautiful underwater scene.

Awesome! Love that paper - it looks like the fish are in motion and swimming behind your beautifully colored underwater scene. All the elements on your card are amazing. Great job! TFS
