This is for IC526 and The Wildlands is our inspiration site today. I was inspired by the city skylines and loved the color combination in the Nashville project. OK....I have to admit that I cheated on my project. I didn't really watercolor my project like Lydia did in her wonderful video tutorial. I CHEATED!!! I sponged my colors around the mask and misted lightly with my mini mister. I did use a brush and mixture of reinker and water to do my splattering although the splatters don't really show up very well. I was kind of proud of myself for making a CAS card with no die cut but then remembered that I used a die cut to create my mask. LOL! You can see more details on my blog post at Kittie Kraft.

Wow Kittie - this is a masterpiece! The smooth background colors from the sponging are gorgeous against the misting - I think this is a technique of its own!! Stunning! Hugs

Sponged or watercolored...this is beautiful! What a great combination of colors for the skyline. Congrats on a CAS design...you can obviously do any style but it's good to leave your zone once in a while ;)
