I wanted to use a technique that I've not used in a long time, so I created this card with Colored Pencils. I love the Outlines Rubber Stamp Co. stamps, and was heartbroken when the Co. went out of business. I wanted to create a snow scene with a snowman, and the stamp I used was the first one to come to mind; the Outlines Rubber Stamp Co. Snowman. She is whimsical and delightful, appearing to shrug her shoulders. But maybe it so cold outside she is just trying to keep warm. What is your thought? Anyway, I used Prismacolor Colored Pencils to create the sky and snow. Enjoy and HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Snow beautiful! This snowman is adorable. Very cute! Love how you did your coloring and the background. The embellishments in the corners add such a nice touch. Well done! TFS

Beverly, your adorable little snowman looks shy and timid, not certain what to do. Did I read to much in this? LOL I really like you asking about the personality of this little snow person, slows us down to really look!!!
Your coloring is beautiful and you have set the stage to capture the beauty of a winter wonderland.

How cute is this! The sky and snow are fabulous, your use of coloured pencils looks brilliant, I thought it was ink or paint. Love this to bits Bev. Xx
